We're Halfway There!

Thanks to the donations made by many dear friends and family members to the Nicole Frese Memorial Fund, we are extremely glad to report to you that the Fund balance now exceeds $20,000!

It is our hope to sustain the event, begun in 2004, until we reach our end goal of $40,000. It will be at this point that the fund can become self sustaining, enabling us to make charitable donations on an annual basis in Nicole's honor.

Toward that end, we've already achieved quite a bit. Including this year's donations to the Ronald McDonald House in Camden and the Camden County Animal Shelter, the Nicole Frese Memorial Fund has allocated $8,500 to charities. Please take a moment to review the financial report on our site. None of this happens without your help, support, and sacrificial giving.

See you next year!

Welcome to The Nicole Frese Website!

Thank you for stopping by to visit our virtual home. This site is dedicated to my baby, Nicole, who was taken from us on December 13, 2002.

Here is a letter from the Camden Ronald McDonald thanking us for our donation in 2006. We hope to eventually build the Nicole Frese Memorial Fund to the point where it is self-generating, and helps families, children and animals into infinity. Nicole would LOVE that!

I’ll also try to keep you updated on what’s going on with us, things that mean something to each of us, and also updates on Corvino Family stuff that I happen to hear about.

Enjoy!

Life Unbroken

Death is nothing at all...
I have only slipped away into the next room.
I am I, and you are you...
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.

Call me by my old familiar name.
Speak to me in the easy way
which you always used...
Put no difference into your tone
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.

Laugh as we always laughed
at the little jokes we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me

Let my name be ever the house-
hold word that it always was
Let it be spoken without effort
without a ghost of a shadow on it.

Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same as it ever was.
There is absolutely unbroken continuity.
What is this death but a negligible accident?

Why should I be out of mind?
Because I am out of sight?

I am waiting for you for an interval,
Somewhere very near, just around the corner...

All is well.
